Christopher Salley is a Managing Director of Auldbrass Partners. Before joining Auldbrass, Chris was the Senior Vice President and head of the asset management group at Greenfield Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
At Greenfield Partners, Chris oversaw all acquired properties, consisting of over 50 investments with a gross investment value of $3 billion in 5 funds. Chris was responsible for the supervision of the asset management staff in the formulation of property valuation models, client reports and other internal analyses, as well as the direct management of the firm’s most critical assets within the retail, hotel, office, industrial and residential sectors.
Chris played an integral role in the servicing of client and consultant relationships and assisted in the underwriting, due diligence, and negotiation of several property acquisitions, particularly in the firm’s first fund.
Before joining Greenfield Partners, Chris was a Vice President in the Portfolio Management group of Heitman Capital Management. He started his career in the Acquisitions group at JMB Realty.
Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from the Wharton School of Business and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania.
